Our address is Herengracht 215, Amsterdam , The Netherlands.

The studio is located on the 1st floor and is accessible only by stairs. Unfortunately, our studio is not wheelchair accessible.

We are open every day from 9:00 to 18:00 (excluding national holidays).

We do not have private parking available, but you can find paid parking spaces in the streets surrounding the studio.

All sales are final, thus if you cancel your booking, we charge 100% of that booking. Please contact us at info@scenagency.com for any queries regarding this matter/ your booking.

You can reschedule your booking up to 72 hours in advance without any additional charge. If it’s within 72 hours, we are entitled to charge an additional fee of 50% of the original booking. If it’s within 24 hours, we are entitled to additionally charge the full price of the original booking. Please contact us at info@scenagency.com for any queries regarding this matter/ your booking.

You can enter the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time, thus we kindly ask you to plan your arrival time according to your booking hour.

If you need more time, you can extend your booking based on availability. A surcharge of €50 (excl.VAT) will then be charged for every additional 30 minutes.

We currently offer 2, 4 or 8-hour timeslots. If you are looking for a different time slot, please email us at info@scenagency.com.

Our studio is approx. 50 m2 excluding the kitchen and the bathroom.

At the studio, we provide water, tea, and coffee (with normal or oat milk). As for the food, we always have some fruit and biscuits available. You are of course welcome to bring your own food and (non alcoholic) drinks.

We do have wifi at the studio, and provide the password after you enter the space.

The price of the booking includes:

  You can, of course, bring your own additional equipment if needed.

We have a small fridge and a cabinet stocked with tableware. We additionally provide a coffee machine and a kettle. Please note that the only sink available is located in the bathroom.

As a daylight studio, we are dependent on the weather in terms of lighting but additionally offer lighting equipment to use when needed, thus poor weather should not pose a problem.

You are responsible for letting in your guests (such as photographers etc), into the studio space. Please do not let anyone who is not a part of your team into the building.

After your booking please make sure that you have taken all of your belongings with you. In case of leaving something behind, please contact us immediately via email at info@scenagency.com.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the studio space.

If you wish to rearrange the furniture, please consult with our studio team before doing so.
